Asakusa: The Spirit of Old Tokyo

Jaime was very easygoing and knowledgeable. He adjusted our tour based on my son's interests, and it was great to see my 19-year-old son so happy. He gave us great tips on how to better navigate the train system to avoid getting lost since it can be quite overwhelming. He took us to a delicious place to eat the best ramen! Hope to be back in Japan and would definitely reach out to Jaime again.

What exactly is included in the tour price?

The price includes your private host for the day, their transportation costs, and a thoughtfully planned itinerary. It does not include your own transport fares, meals, or any entrance fees.

How will we travel between locations?

We travel like locals. Your host will guide you seamlessly through Tokyo's world-class public transportation system (trains and subways), as this offers the most authentic and efficient way to experience the city. If you prefer, we can also utilize taxis or ride-sharing services for parts of the journey at your expense. Please note that we do not offer a full private car service at this time.

Can this itinerary be modified?

Yes. While the core itinerary is thoughtfully planned for the best experience, we are happy to accommodate minor adjustments like swapping one area for another. Simply mention your desired changes in the 'Special Requests' section when you book, and we will confirm the revised plan with you. 4–7 days prior to tour: 25% refund
Within 72 hours of tour: No refund

Rescheduling

14+ days in advance: Free of charge, subject to availability.
• Less than 14 days in advance: A ¥5,000 fee applies, subject to availability.
Within 72 hours of tour: Not permitted.
Free rescheduling is offered for cancellations due to severe weather.
