The quoted tour price covers guiding fees only. The following expenses are not included and are payable directly by the client:

  • Personal transportation, meals, and venue entrance fees.

  • Host/guide meals and entrance fees when dining together or visiting ticketed attractions.

  • Additional Guest Surcharges (for groups exceeding standard group size).

  • Seasonal/Holiday Surcharges (noted prior to booking).

  • Optional add-on concierge or bespoke planning packs.

5. Payment Terms (支払方法および支払時期)

  • Payment Methods (支払方法): Credit and debit cards processed securely via Stripe.

  • Payment Timing (支払時期): Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. Charges are processed immediately upon checkout.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy (キャンセル・返金・変更規定)

  • 14+ days prior to tour: 100% refund (minus a 5% credit card processing fee).

  • 8–13 days prior to tour: 50% refund.

  • 4–7 days prior to tour: 25% refund.

  • Within 72 hours of tour / No-show: Non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Free of charge when requested 14+ days in advance. Requests made under 14 days incur a ¥5,000 fee, subject to availability.

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual timing of funds being reflected in your account varies based on your financial institution.
