This is the investment for your fully private day of exploration, led by your dedicated host. It covers the expert cultural interpretation, seamless orchestration, and curated access that defines your journey. Your Design Fee is credited against this amount, and payment in full confirms and secures your reserved date.

While all our experiences are private and curated, the Bespoke Journey is our highest-tier service, built from the ground up through a multi-step Design Phase. It involves a deeper collaboration to craft a fully personalized multi-day or single-day itinerary around your specific passions—whether that's rare architectural tours, specific culinary interests, or unique cultural introductions.
How personalized will my itinerary be?
Completely. Your itinerary is crafted from the ground up based on your interests, pace, and preferences. We build a journey that feels entirely yours, balancing iconic locations with hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path discoveries. Two rounds of refinements are included to ensure a perfect fit.
How does the payment process and Design Fee work?
Our payment process is split into two clear phases. First, a standalone Design Fee is requested to begin curating your custom master itinerary and securing your inclusive concierge reservations. Once your masterplan is designed and refined, you simply select which days you would like to be physically hosted by our team. We will then send an invoice for those specific Experience Fees to complete your reservation.
How far in advance should I book?
To allow for our detailed curation process, we recommend starting your plan at least 30 days in advance. For requests with less notice, we will certainly do our best to design a personalized journey for you but please note that options for certain high-demand venues or experiences may be more limited. We encourage you to inquire with your dates so we can check the possibilities.
Can you accommodate specific interests or mobility needs?
Yes, absolutely. Accommodating your specific interests is the core of the Bespoke Journey. Our intake form includes sections for your preferred pace and any mobility considerations, which are central to how we design the flow and logistics of your itinerary.
